  I have been going to Maddy and her team for years. I am so happy with both my colour and my cut. While I still mostly go for the cuts and colour, it is such a warm and friendly salon that it is also a great place to sit and read a magazine! (Brad makes a good coffee too!)

  I've been going here for the last 15 months and couldn't be happier - friendly fun-loving staff who are all skilled and knowledgeable and offer great suggestions on what suits - even offered me an undercut which makes me cool! The price is great too, much better than some of the salons in the city - they always make me feel special and I feel like a million dollars afterwards. - will definitely be going back xx - they do great kids cuts too.

  Fantastic! The girls and guys at The Avenue are amazing. My hair has never been in better hands and I am always given good advice about hair care and what styles and colours will work best for me. I choose to be blonde and that comes with a lot of upkeep and necessary care, and despite years of lightening treatments my hair is kept in excellent condition. I regularly receive compliments on my hair and I have The Avenue to thank! Would definitely recommend the salon:)

  Never have I ever had a hairdresser be so rough with my hair. Felt like my hair had been pulled off my scalp. The quality my hair is now was not worth the money I've spent. The god awful colour it is now wouldn't be a problem if my hair didn't feel like the straw it is now. This is the first salon I've been to in the ACT and I sure as hell am not going back for another appointment.

  Maddy and her staff are fun, friendly but at the same time very professional, and I couldn't be happier with my hair. Have been going there for some time and they always listen to what I want and make suggestions to give me options. Very positive experience every time.
